Complaints:

If any of our Adam Jofi Dream Team members receive a complaint from a customer, our staff follows up on the complaint, asking questions of both the customer and the Adam Jofi Dream Team member to better investigate the complaint. If our staff determines it is a legitimate complaint, the Dream Team member is issued a strike. If any Adam Jofi Dream Team member receives three strikes in a year's time, they are cut from the Adam Jofi Dream Team.


Open positions:

Because we limit the number of members on the Adam Jofi Dream Team, should a category be filled, we will ask the prospective member if they wish to be placed on a waiting list. When, and if, a position becomes available, they will then be placed on the Dream Team. Again, our goal is to make sure the consumer is ensured the best service possible by the Adam Jofi Dream Team.


Cost:

We charge each member $50 a month. There is a one-time set-up fee of $50 for our production team to create your account. We do not enforce contracts. This is a team effort between you, as an Adam Jofi Dream Team member, the customer and our coach, Adam Jofi.
